How Badges Work
Badges help clients identify accredited service providers. Service providers can have up to 4 badges on their profile. To get a badge, a service provider must upload a picture. To view the image uploaded by a service provider for a badge, go to their Profile and select the badge.
Verified
To get the Verified badge, a service provider must upload a picture of their drivers license or passport and a selfie. If the photo on their drivers license or passport matches their selfie, they get the Verified badge on their profile.
Workers Compensation Insurance
Service providers with workers compensation insurance are covered against work place accidents. To get the Workers Compensation Insurance badge, a service provider must upload a picture of their workers compensation insurance.
Liability Insurance
Clients can have peace of mind knowing their property is protected if a service provider has liability insurance. To get the Liability Insurance badge, a service provider must upload a picture of their liability insurance policy or general liability insurance certificate.
Certification
A trade licence or certification shows clients that a service provider is qualified and has credentials. To get the Certification badge, a service provider must upload a picture of their business/trade licence or certification.
